Booking Terms

Event details are described in good faith and are correct at the time of advertising. The Talk reserves the right to cancel or amend events at it's sole discretion. The Talk is not liable for cancellations or amendments to events.

All tickets for all events are advertised subject to availability. A ticket booking fee of £1 applies to advance bookings of up to 10 tickets (per booking, not per ticket).

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.

All persons are expected to behave courteously within The Talk. The Talk reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person if we believe their presence is likely to cause a disturbance or threat to other guests, the venue or its employees.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Data Collection

The Talk collects, stores and uses your personal information for processing your order. From time to time we may also use your personal information to inform you of news or events at The Talk, unless you contact us to advise us that you do not wish to receive such information. We do not pass your details on to third parties.

Ticket Handling

Tickets paid for in advance of the event can be collected in person from The Talk, Oak Street, Norwich NR3 3BP. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm (closed Wednesdays).

Please note that we do not post tickets.

You may also collect ticket(s) 'on the door' on the date of the event. You are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event in order to collect your ticket(s).

Tickets may also be purchased on the day of the event, but this is subject to availability and we strongly advise you to book in advance whenever possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you purchase ticket(s) and then wish to cancel, you are advised to contact the Talk at least 14 days prior to the event. Provided tickets are returned to us more than 14 days prior to the event we will refund the full value of your tickets(s). No refund or exchange is possible within 14 days of the event, or where ticket(s) have been lost or mislaid.

Polite Notice : Only food and drink purchased from The Talk is allowed to be consumed on our premises. Any guest found to be bringing their own alcohol will be required to leave immediately. Thank you.
